You downloaded newer version today and I can't play Cookie Jam without switching to chrome and I don't want to. How can I keep playing?
On Facebook,Cookie Jam downloads and says you have upgraded and it want play on new version. They suggest Google Chrome. I do not want that to become my default. I like Firefox and Thunderbird. Should I go to Facebook's game room? I am very particular about what I download. I have Windows 7 that I use for games and Facebook and e-mail. Help!!! Do I need to upgrade flash? Thanks ES

I don't know what you are saying. When I download Flash Player, it always says it will change my system. I thought that meant it upgraded and deleted at the same time. I only upgraded Firefox today. Why should that affect Flash Player? I can play my other games with no problem. You are my browser and I don't want to change. Sorry, I know how to use my computer, but I am not very mechanical.

Let's start with; Your System Details shows;
Installed Plug-ins
Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0
Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version 26.0.0.151
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Go to that message, and use the Undo link to its right.
The Flash installer is supposed to remove the prior version, but sometimes it does not. Following the instructions I posted above should remove the old versions.
Fred, there is no undo button for the 1st solution. You said it was solved. I put undo by my 2nd message and now I can not change your original "Solved" to UNDO. Does this matter. I can't change anything. Is there a phone number I can call to have someone walk me through this?
