I do not receive a e-mail for my new password request.
I forgot my pass word and when I send for request to my e-mail it does not appear.

Hi The805shadow, Thank you for your question I understand that the reset password email has not be received when you requested on in Firefox. I do not know for which service, however please also contact the service's support so we can get to the bottom of this.
If this is for Firefox Sync on the same url that pops up during a password reset dialogue you can tap on "Send Again"
