Whenever I open the Firefox browser on windows 7 before the usual password box pops up I keep getting a different authentication box appear requesting username and password the notification reads as follows: The proxy moz-proxy://ge4telrrge3s4mjugyxdemjuemytkmbyg4ytmobqga.topcdn.org:443 is requesting a username and password. The site says: “Please enter your setupvpn.com Login & Password”. Can someone please advise what it is, where it has come from and how to resolve the issue please? I would be most grateful for some help with the issue. Kind regards

What are your connection settings?

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

See "Firefox connection settings":

If you press the Esc key several times in a row quickly, hopefully you can break the authentication/reload cycle. Then it's worth trying to figure out what page is causing that (i.e., address in the address bar), as it may be from an extension or a completely different website.
