How can I stop Firefox from saving account numbers on my Scottrade Home page when I log in.
When I go to my scottrade Sign in page and I go to enter the account number. Firefox tries to finish the account number after I type one digit. I have different accounts and I do not what them rembered by firefox as other people use my PC FYI: I am running Windows 7 -- 64 bit operating system

Chosen solution
Please do the following.
- Click the Firefox button, go to Options | Options | Privacy.
- In the dropdown menu at the top, change it to "Use custom settings for history".
- Then remove the checkmark from "Remember search and form history".
- Remove it also from "Clear history when Firefox closes" unless you specifically want to delete that. But if you want to leave it in place, open the submenu by clicking the "Settings" button and decide in that menu what you want to keep.
