Hello,

my bookmars were gone! over night, without me clicking anything! what to do! there was years of my work ....

I attached also my picture how I had my bookmarks stored on firefox on barmenu ....

What to to? I cant find them here in firefox program any of menus or submenus .... is there any mozila support so they can rechange it back to yesterdays data

This is how I had before ... all bookmarks ... and now I am without all od them, all is empty!!!

Firefoxovi zaznamki lahko izginejo iz več razlogov, a ponavadi niso izgubljeni. Za začetek preverite, ali obstajajo kakšne varnostne kopije v knjižnici zaznamkov - kliknite Prikaži vse zaznamke (Command + Shift + B), v knjižnici odprite Uvozi in arhiviraj ter preverite, ali v meniju Povrni obstaja kakšna varnostna kopija.

Če je skupaj z zaznamki izginila tudi zgodovina, nastavitve in drugi podatki, je Firefox verjetno ustvaril nov profil. Profili so mape z uporabniškimi podatki, shranjene na mestu /Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/. Odprite to mapo (da odprete Library, v menijski vrstici Finderja kliknite Go, pridržite tipko option in izberite Library) in preverite, koliko je v njej map. Če je več kot ena, je težava najverjetneje zaradi novega profila in bi bilo potrebno Firefox nastaviti, da preklopi nazaj na stari profil.
