At dps.sddc.army.mil the mouse pointer is an arrow over some links, and a loading circle on others. It won't let me click on the link I need. What's wrong?

I am trying to access a link on dps which is a military site. When I move my mouse over some links, is shows the arrow and I can click them and it takes me to the correct page. When I move my mouse over the majority of the page and links, it shows the loading icon (blue circle that spins). I have allowed pop-up blockers, I have the certificate for the site. What else can I do? I have tried this on Internet Explorer and Google Crome, neither of them get me as far into the site as Firefox does.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Are that normal http(s) links or links with an onclick event or JavaScript links ?

Thanks for your reply. I set Firefox to Safe Mode and I put it in the DEFAULT theme. But it didn't produce different results. On the DPS website, it says that it currently doesn't support Firefox. So maybe it just won't work with it. Unfortunately, I have gotten the farthest into the site with Firefox. Internet Explorer won't even let me log in to my account. Something about not having the right certificate. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
