Hi , Can you stop adding Yahoo search engine to firefox??? I remove it and have only Google search as default. But everytime I open firefox, Yahoo search keep coming back again. This is seriously ANNOYING and I will just completely uninstall FF even I use this for long time ago. Good bye and I will just use Chrome instead. This is SUCKS. Thanks

Yes we know and by we you must mean Mozilla. Unfortunately Mozilla is not doing this. There is a slight glitch for some users and this does happen.

Also happens when the Yahoo Toolbar is installed. Please check Programs and Features to see if it is installed. If so you can remove it there.

Please : Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See Creating a profile :

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

What Firefox locale do you have as Mozilla went back to using Google as default search engine in the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan from Firefox 56.0 and on.

The reason is mentioned in https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2017/12/05/mozilla-files-cross-complaint-against-yahoo-holdings-and-oath/
