As of today, Thunderbird doesn't start, the startup icon shows but nothing else happens.
Fedora 39 and the version of Thunderbird that comes with it. I can't check the version - see above.

No replies after 4 days, so switched to Evolution which worked out-of-the-box.

I should have written Fedora-39Beta. I've just noted that VLC does the same so it's probably a Fedora problem rather than Thunderbird, but I'll leave this open until I find out for sure.

This gets stuck on a starting icon with the title "Account Setup - Mozilla Thunderbird"
