Firefox had the most efficient translator and now it has disappeared and the new Google translator just does not do the same thing. I have a very dear friend who's mother wants to communicate but she does not speak English and the old translator was perfect now the routine is cumbersome and inefficient. Where is the old tanslator?

Firefox doesn't come with translate feature like Google Chrome, so you likely had an extension installed.

You can look at one of these extensions:

Fox Lingo is what I had and used on both computers and it has disappeared from both. I really liked this translator and used it often. when I clicked the link you gave me it does not work. Am I doing something wrong. Has the name changed???

Darn shame they removed it. This was an extremely efficient and user friendly translator. Thanks for the heads up.
