When I log into Mozilla O keep getting a pop up box with critical virus warning Trojan horse and worm stating A replicating virus. I use your service on PC for online college classes, which requires I use your service. Last few weeks virus keeps coming up. However if I use internet explorer I don't have this issue. I have xfinity security and eset security both have checked my system and state the virus is coming from use of your service. I need to know what I can do about this virus coming from use of your service. Can you fix this? Do I need to delete your service and re load? I cannot continue to have this issue it adversely affects my school work. Not to mention the constant inconvienence it is causing when I use my computer or phone. I will await your prompt response.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
