Firefox crashes
I downloaded google earth in this computer lately. What i've noticed different from the way i used it on the other pc was that after returning from street view once, i couldn't exit from "vista a nivel del suelo", later on, after resetting my pc and continue in google earth, when i wished to navigate right or left the earth rotated clock or counter-clockwise. That wouldn't have been a problem if after that, every time i clicked on mozilla firefox, a new page opened whenever i moved the mouse, another click, a new page opened, even if i clicked on firefox icons of the status bar. After resetting once more another error which i found was that the characters were written CAPS and the capslock led wasn´t ON, and vice versa. I wish I could send somebody this report because I think it's a great problem and nobody would notice it because firefox or GEarth never sends a crash report log When i wanted to close Firefox this box appeared "Plugin Container for Firefox dejo de funcionar" Firma con problemas:
Nombre del evento de problema: APPCRASH Nombre de la aplicación: plugin-container.exe Versión de la aplicación: 39.0.0.5659 Marca de tiempo de la aplicación: 55934d06 Nombre del módulo con errores: mozalloc.dll Versión del módulo con errores: 39.0.0.5659 Marca de tiempo del módulo con errores: 55933a83 Código de excepción: 80000003 Desplazamiento de excepción: 00001aa1 Versión del sistema operativo: 6.3.9600.2.0.0.256.48 Id. de configuración regional: 11274 Información adicional 1: 5861 Información adicional 2: 5861822e1919d7c014bbb064c64908b2 Información adicional 3: 01d7 Información adicional 4: 01d7340064827245f2249cd1f1a7c264

I understand that the plugin container crashed when loading a plugin. In this case it sounds like it was Google Earth. The crash info indicates the last module in Firefox used was the mozalloc.dll.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).
To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.
